Who am I?
I am a proud Australian designer based in Victoria with a fundamental belief that design technology can and should be a platform for everyone. I have a deep passion for human-centered design and I pride myself on being an active and empathetic listener. I delve deeper into projects and truly understand how an issue can be aided and iterated to ultimately create an innovative and beneficial experience for all.
I’m driven by my desire to create
Throughout my life I have been invested in all forms of art, teaching myself a wide variety of crafts that I still continue now; from crochet to digital art and asset creation.
My design process
With all of my personal projects, I love to add little ‘easter eggs’ that associate with my branding or passions of mine. Some elements are subtle and are not always visible to the user, such as naming conventions I use or developer paths for debug testing in prototypes. However, I believe adding an element of myself into my work creates a level of humanity and passion into all projects.
The projects I’ve created myself have been initially based on my personal experience, which are then further developed through research and interviews to understand and truly empathise with all perspectives of an issue.
My Biggest Passion Project
Outside of the design ecosystem, I’ve founded and operate a small business; CSL Pet Sitting. This has been a true passion of mine since 2023 and has taken my love for animals into an environment that I can continue to aid people by caring for their pets. I love all animals and have a true bond with the pets I care for and continue to peruse design thinking into all aspects of my life to truly help people.
